- Re-use of former Fab City land for IT, electronics and energy storage.
- New TGIIC parks, including a semiconductor park at Thimmapur.
Proposed
- Metro link from the airport to the Future City.
- RRR southern part.
Risks
- Dual jurisdiction in villages moved to FCDA.
- Contested land formerly acquired for Hyderabad Pharma City.
- Lake FTL and buffer zones.
- Long delays in earlier projects such as Fab City.
