Editorial policy
How we separate fact, claim and opinion, and how we handle sensitive topics.
Content types are kept separate
News reports what happened. Articles explain. Research analyses. Blog posts carry our opinion. Buyer alerts flag risks. We do not mix these.
Facts, claims and interpretation
On sensitive topics such as HYDRAA actions, RERA disputes and developer allegations, every page separates official records, reported claims, the concerned party’s response, court or authority proceedings, our analysis, and the buyer’s due-diligence steps.
No allegation presented as fact
We attribute every claim. We seek responses from named parties before publishing and state when a response was requested.
Review dates are honest
“Last reviewed” means a named reviewer actually re-checked the page on that date. Unreviewed drafts are labelled.
Commercial independence
[To be finalised: how matching revenue is disclosed and kept separate from editorial decisions.]
Corrections
Corrections are made promptly and noted on the page with the date.
