What plot adverts around Hyderabad often get wrong

While researching locations for this site, we read many online plot listings. Some patterns came up again and again:

• Projects described as near an “upcoming metro” where no metro is sanctioned.
• Travel times that look like straight-line distances or off-peak drives.
• Proposed roads presented as if their alignment were final.
• “Approved” with no permission number.
