DTCP, municipal and panchayat approvals: who can approve what
Several bodies issue permissions around Hyderabad. Knowing which one is valid for your village prevents expensive mistakes.
The valid approving authority depends on where the land is.

Panchayat approvals
A gram panchayat resolution is not a substitute for a layout approval by the competent authority. Verify which authority covers the village today.
