The rebate on layout regularisation charges for 2020 applicants has been extended again.

The 25% rebate under the Layout Regularisation Scheme (LRS) has been extended to 30 November, Deccan Chronicle reported on 31 July 2026. The offer applies to those who applied for LRS in 2020 but have not cleared their dues. The rebate window opened on 1 May and was due to end on 31 July.

Why it matters for buyers
If you are buying a plot in an unapproved layout whose owner applied in 2020, ask whether regularisation is complete. Regularisation is not the same as an approved layout. See What is LRS?
