Plots are illiquid. Matching location to how long you can hold is the most important investment decision.
A plot does not produce rent and can take time to sell. Your horizon should drive your choice of location.

| 5–10 years | Planned projects with funding and visible progress |
| 10 years plus | Corridor-level drivers; tolerance for delays in announced projects |
