Why we don’t publish plot prices (yet)
Advertised rates are not transaction prices. We will publish numbers only when we can source them.
Plot advertisements quote rates per square yard. Those are asking prices, often for the best plots, and sometimes include charges that are not obvious.
Registered transaction values are a better guide, but they need careful collection and cleaning. Until we have that data, our location pages show “data pending” rather than a guess.
We would rather show an honest gap than a confident number that misleads you.
