Why we built a research site before selling a single plot
Most plot buyers see advertising first and verification last. We are trying to reverse that order.
Around Hyderabad, the usual journey starts with an advert and ends with a lawyer, if at all. By then the buyer has often paid an advance.
We think the order should be reversed: understand the location, the approvals and the risks first, and only then look at specific layouts. That is why this site publishes research and guides openly, and keeps project matching private.
We will make money by helping serious buyers find suitable plots. We will try to earn that by being useful before we are commercial.
